We want your experience with Everyday AI for Seniors to be positive, safe, and easy to understand. Here’s what you need to know.

We provide educational workshops (online and in person) to help older adults learn how to use AI tools in everyday life.

Our workshops are for learning only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Each registration is for one participant.
A caregiver or family member may attend to help support the registered participant.
Participation rules may vary by workshop.

We ask everyone to be respectful so all participants feel comfortable learning.

Online workshops are held using Zoom.
You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.
To help everyone stay engaged, we may ask participants to keep their camera on during parts of the session.

If you have technical issues with your device or internet, we’ll do our best to help, but these issues do not qualify for a refund.

We understand plans can change.

Online Workshops

Cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop → Full refund
Cancel within 48 hours → No refund, but you may:
- Transfer to another workshop, or
- Receive a credit good for 90 days

In-Person Workshops

Cancel 72 hours or more before the workshop → Full refund
Cancel within 72 hours → No refund, but you may:
- Transfer to another workshop, or
- Receive a credit good for 90 days

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If we cancel a workshop, you may choose a refund or move to another session.

All workshop materials are for personal use only.

Please do not record, copy, or share materials without permission.
