Refund Policy

At Everyday AI Solutions LLC (EAIS), we understand that plans may change.

• Online workshops: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee.

• In-person workshops: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee.

 

Cancellations made after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund due to limited workshop availability and preparation costs.

 

If EAIS cancels or reschedules a workshop, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer registration or receive a full refund.
