3. AI Tools Disclaimer
We may demonstrate tools such as ChatGPT.
AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday AI Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our workshops.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of any information or tools provided.

What We Offer
We provide educational workshops (online and in person) to help older adults learn how to use AI tools in everyday life.
Our workshops are for learning only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Who Can Attend

Each registration is for one participant.

A caregiver or family member may attend to help support the registered participant.

Participation rules may vary by workshop.
We ask everyone to be respectful so all participants feel comfortable learning.
Online Workshops

Online workshops are held using Zoom.

You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access.

To help everyone stay engaged, we may ask participants to keep their camera on during parts of the session.
If you have technical issues with your device or internet, we’ll do our best to help, but these issues do not qualify for a refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand plans can change.
Online Workshops

Cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop → Refund minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee

Cancel within 48 hours → No refund, but you may:

Transfer to another workshop, or

Receive a credit good for 90 days

In-Person Workshops

Cancel 72 hours or more before the workshop → Refund minus a non-refundable 3% payment processing fee

Cancel within 72 hours → No refund, but you may:

Transfer to another workshop, or

Receive a credit good for 90 days

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If EAIS cancels a workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another session.

All workshop materials are for personal use only.
