AI & You
A gentle introduction to AI — no pressure, just curiosity.
Workshop Description
About the Workshop AI & You is a friendly introduction to artificial intelligence designed specifically for older adults. In this welcoming session, we introduce AI in a simple, practical way and show how it can support everyday life. Our goal is to help seniors feel more confident, curious, and connected in today’s digital world. This workshop is led by trained facilitators who understand how adults learn best — with patience, real-life examples, and plenty of encouragement. No technical background is required, and participants are welcome to learn at their own pace.
